Happy Spring!

I’m back!!!  Took a little break from blogging and spent almost 1 month in Florida.  Loved the sun and the sea – It was always difficult to come back to reality and the cooler weather.  I’ve been working on many new classes at Bonnidée and did a few cards just for me…

I also took an Die Cutting On-line class with Kristine, Jennifer and Nichol.  Loved it!  I’ll come back to that again later.

So to start with, here are two cards that I made for a wedding.  I had made a similar card 2 years ago, so I made 2 variations of it.

Here is the first card:

The card base is white Stardream card stock.
The image was stamped on Stampin’Up white CS, matted in black CS and Purple Stardream.
The patterned paper is by Me and My Bid Ideas Black and White pad (the black is velours).
The image and mats were cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities Dies.
The white ribbon is Satin White by Stampin’Up.
The pearls are also Stampin’Up coloured lilac with a Copic marker.
The greeting (Vive les Mariés) was stamped in Black on White Stardream cut a Nestabilities oval die.
I coloured around the image with a blue Copic marker and added a few dots of glitter (Glue pen and Stampin’Up Dazzling Diamond Glitter).
Thanks for looking!
