Another card for the World Card Making Challenge

I have finished another card for the World Card Making Challenge.

This one is for another challenge on Ellen Hutson’s blog here.  This is for challenge #1, Holiday card challenge (although my greeting is on the inside of the card).

I have used the beautiful wreath die by Impression Obsession DIE023-X.  You can view the wreath die here

The border is also an Impression Obsession die DIE018-V.

The wreath die looks like this:

I have cut the twig wreath in brown.  Then I cut multiple pine branches in 2 shades of green (I think there are 15 pine sprays in the wreath).

I also cut about 10 of the holly leaves in 2 shades of green CS.  Then I cut the berries in red.

To assemble, I used my glue gun to add the little pine branches and the holly leaves all around the wreath.  I then glued the berries with a glue pen.

I added some crystal glitter to some holly leaves (Twinklets Diamond Dust by Flora Craft).

The ribbon is from my stash (and I have a large stash of ribbons, all unidentified… 🙂 )

The bell is also from my stash.

The green CS is by Stampin’Up.  The red CS is DCWV.  The green is a scrap…

The background patterned paper is by Magenta and it was distressed around the edges with Peeled Paint Distress ink.

Here is a close-up view of the branches:

Isn’t this glitter just beautiful? I love it!!

And it’s not finished….

For the inside of the card, I used my Sizzix Pop-n-cuts die #657798 to hold my greeting.

I love this Sizzix Pop-n-cut die.  It makes the inside of my cards so special!

I used a scrap from last year’s Christmas paper for the inside, so I don’t know who makes it… sorry.

The greeting is (not sure) by Recollections from Michaels.

and the red cardstock is DCWV.

Happy World making day everyone!

Thanks for visiting my blog.  Merci de votre visite.
